Gil Woo Lee, from South Korea, was awarded First Prize at 2nd City Council Art Gallery's AMERICA exhibition in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 9th. The exhibition was juried by Alexander Salazar, esteemed Harvard alumnus, Art Critic, Historian, and respected Art Dealer.
Korean artist Gil Woo Lee is presenting two works from his award winning series, Dance In Nature, at the 2nd City Council Art Gallery in Los Angeles from June 25th to July 24th. The exhibition, titled AMERICA, will be hosting his two pieces Dance In Nature Obama and Dance In Nature Lincoln-- both representing the two historically progressive American presidents.
